1950 – Dah-Chung Trading corp. (DCT) was established

            serving Refinery/Petrochemical and Plastics Industry .

1985 – Food Additive dept. Diversified for hydrocolloids , 

            flavor and food additives business

1996 – J.V. with Nan Ya Plastics –

            Hua-Ya Plastics corp. Wu-Hu , China , for PVC Pipe Manufacturing

2000 – J.V. with FPCC –

            Simosa Oil corp. M.L.for Asphalt Production ,

            Contract Resources Taiwan corp. (CRT) set up for Overall

            Plant maintenance and catalyst change-out service , etc..

2001 – Hua-Ya Wu-Hu plastics fitting Corp., was established . 

2002 – FJ Biochemistry Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was established .

2005 – Simosa International Company Limited was established . 

            Serving in trading of petroleum products.

2007 – Simosa Shipping Company Limited and J&K Shipping Company  

            Limited were established .
